A successful business, just like a complex landscape project, doesn't just happen. It takes vision, hard work, determination and an often underappreciated quality - EXPERIENCE. There's really no substitute for it. Often what looks good on paper is impossible to make happen on the jobsite. Well, unless you've done it before!
Jose gleaned practical, on-the-job skills at a very young age in the landscape industry. Learning from trained veterans, he mastered many of the disciplines necessary for hardscape design and installation. Along with a sharp business acumen, he blended those skills into the formation of his own company in 1995. Today that vision has grown to one of the largest multi-operational landscape and hardscape companies in Middle Tennessee.
Although oversight of his company remains a top priority, Jose still actively quotes, designs and assists on all projects. Married and the father of two children, Jose enjoys down time as an avid golfer.
